Your first session will begin with a review of our practice policies and procedures. We will give you time to review and raise any questions or concerns you may have, and offer any clarification as needed. We will then expand to offering a gentle space to share your story and begin building a bridge of trust.

Most relatives meet weekly to maintain a steady rhythm of healing. We can adjust sessions as needed and in consultation with your provider.

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If a session is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $150 fee will be charged. Please note that if you are a Medicaid recipient, we will not charge a cancellation or missed appointment fee.

Yes, we offer private pay options for those not using insurance. Private pay rates are as follows:·      $210.00 per individual intake interview·      $150.00 per session for individuals
